A Message from the Chief Executive, John Best

Welcome to Milton Keynes Council's website

Milton Keynes Council - John Best - Chief Executive Milton Keynes CouncilThe very best of seasonal goodwill to all visitors to the MK site. We're tremendously proud of Milton Keynes' unique history and we want more people to be involved in our future, as we continue to thrive as the UK's fastest-growing city. We continually face new challenges and new opportunities.

The MK Dons are well into their second season at MK's National Hockey Stadium. Progress on their magnificent new state-of-the-art 30,000 capacity stadium at Denbigh charges ahead. The associated ASDA/Walmart store... the largest in Europe... is trading successfully and IKEA's latest new store opens just after Christmas. Just another very successful corner of Milton Keynes. more...
