Comprehensive Performance Assessment

Chief Executive - Best PerformanceThe First round of Comprehensive Performance Assessments were carried out in County Councils, Unitary Councils and Borough Councils between the Spring and Autumn of 2002. The Comprehensive Performance Assessment gathers existing assessments together, inspects areas to fill gaps. On 18 December 2003 Milton Keynes was re-assessed from "Weak" to Fair" and in the latest Audit Commission Report, published 16th December 2004, we have further consolidated this position. more more...
