CHARGES FROM 1st APRIL 2005
During the last year every effort has been made to limit the costs incurred by the Building Control service. The aim is to achieve a high quality core service which is self financing, to this end some revision to our fee levels is being made with effect from 1st April 2005.
The changes provide for an increase of 4% to our Table 2 (fees for small domestic extensions, garages and carports). Fee levels under Tables 1 and 3 remain unaltered.
You may continue to use our service in the confident knowledge that it still represents the very best of value.
