Merchants PLC a member of the Dimension Data Group of companies have chosen Portal Constructor to drive their new 'Knowledge Web' intranet. Knowledge Web is an essential component of Merchants advanced staff product and service training.
Portal Constructor was selected as it offered an easy to ease, extremely flexible way of generating and loading content requiring virtually no IT skills and a minimum of training. The built in functionality also enabled the project to be installed and implemented very quickly and has already been used to generate, store and deliver a very substantial amount of training content.
