A website is only ever as good as the information or content it contains. When most web sites start it is assumed that the content is going to be authored and submitted by a select group of authors. In practice it never works out that way. Before long the task of gathering, writing and editing content gets to much and this activity has be devolved to a larger number of content owners. So far so good, the problem comes when the methods that these people have to use is too complex. Few wish to learn new IT skills just to submit web content. Most people can use a web browser, can cut and paste and use a basic word processor.
